The Caravan Safe Comes In Five Parts
1 - Docking Station

Docking Station that is easily installed to almost any flat surface and at any angle, even upside down, using screws, bolts or ACRYLIC (water based) glue into which the Safe Box slides in and locks with the supplied High Security Abloy Key, Abloy Classic or Abloy PROTEC. Once locked the Safe Box conceals all fastenings used to install it eg. screws or bolts. |

2 - Safe Box
The lid on the Safe Box locks with the supplied High Security Abloy Key, Abloy Classic or Abloy PROTEC. This allows the Safe Box to be taken from one location to another without the contents being exposed eg. slide the Safe Box out of one Docking Station then lock the lid.
Then take the Safe Box to another previously installed Docking Station and slide it in and lock it with the supplied High Security Abloy Key, Abloy Classic or Abloy PROTEC. |

3 - Removable Insert Boxes
Each Caravan Safe includes either one or four Removable Insert Boxes, depending which version you purchase.
NB: Each Insert Box will hold 200 notes. That is $20,000 each Insert Box can hold.
The inside of each Insert Box has been Flocked.
Flocking is a heavy duty automotive grade velvet/suede finish, that was used on selected parts of Ford LTD’s. Flocking is electrostatically fired into a special adhesive resulting in both a hard wearing and protective coating that puts a beautiful finishing touch on selected internal parts of the Caravan Safe. |

4 - Customised Heavy Duty Cam
|
Fitted to the back of the Abloy Classic or Abloy PROTEC Lock, inside the Caravan Safe, is a customised heavy duty cam. When the Safe Box Lid is closed and the High Security Abloy Key is turned 180 degrees the cam secures the lid to the Safe Box through a specially designed slot in the lid. |
5 - Abloy Lock
Your choice of two High Security Abloy Locks.

Abloy Classic 6mm (left hand) Security Lock includes a customised heavy duty cam and two super strong Nickel Silver Abloy Classic Keys. The Abloy Classic 6mm Left Hand Security Lock has a possible 33 million different key combinations, it cannot be drilled, is virtually pick proof and is the standard lock fitted to the Caravan Safe. Abloy PROTEC (Ultra) High Security Lock includes a customised heavy duty cam and two super strong Nickel Silver Abloy PROTEC Keys. The Abloy PROTEC (Ultra) High Security Lock has a possible 1.97 billion different Key combinations, it cannot be drilled and is mechanically impossible to pick.
It is the World’s First Un-Pickable Lock. Used for keyed alike and individually keyed safes or is an exceptional (cost effective) Master Key System, including Master, Grand Master and Grand Grand Master Keys.

How To Secure The Safe Box To The Docking Station
| Slide the Safe Box part way into the Docking Station and turn the High Security Abloy Key 180 degrees to remove the cam from the Safe Box Lid then, push the Safe Box all the way into the Docking Station and turn the High Security Abloy Key 180 degrees in the opposite direction to lock the Safe Box Lid. |

| By turning the High Security Abloy Key the cam goes through the Safe Box Lid and the slot in the Docking Station thus securing the Safe Box to the Docking Station. This conceals the fasteners used to install the Docking Station making them inaccessible. |

The Caravan Safe is the only Lexan Safe in the World that can be secured in most vehicles by initially installing a specially designed Vehicle Fixing Kit into the Vehicle.
