Caravan Wheel Clamp Unique Protection

The Caravan Wheel Clamp is different to other wheel clamps sold world-wide, it is unique. Unlike other wheel clamps that will only fit one diameter and width Wheel properly and only wrap around the width of a tyre at three points the Caravan Wheel Clamp wraps around the Wheel at four points and around the vehicle's springs or tubular frame at two points and locks at the front with the supplied locking device. Overview Of Each Component

1 - Steel Shield

The Caravan Wheel Clamp Steel Shield is Australian designed, manufactured and made from a solid Steel plate with NO moving parts. The unique shape is cut on a computerised laser cutting machine. This ensures the highest quality of workmanship, precise measurements and quality control procedures for each Steel Shield.

Unlike other wheel clamps it has no arms but instead it has four specifically placed round holes in it. Two at the bottom and two at the top as you can see in the following picture.

These holes are used to place the supplied Chain through. The Chain is placed through the two bottom holes, under the vehicle's springs or tubular frame and back through the two top holes and locked at the front of the Steel Shield with the supplied locking device as you can see in the following picture.

2 - Two Types Of Chain To Choose From

Depending on your own security risk assessment of your towable or drivable Vehicle the Caravan Wheel Clamp can be purchase with two types of Chain.

	10mm diameter High Tensile Chain that cannot be cut with a standard Bolt Cutter, Hack Saw or any other non powered hand-held metal cutting tool. Included with the Enforcer and Supreme.
	8mm diameter Galvanized Mild Steel Chain. Included with the Protector.

Although the Steel Shield is an important part of the Caravan Wheel Clamp anti theft device it is the supplied Chain that secures the Wheel to the vehicle's springs or tubular frame.

3 - Locking Device Included With Each Option

Protector - An average quality Padlock.

Enforcer - An Abus 83/45 Padlock

NB: Abus padlocks are world renowned for their quality of workmanship, superior strength and robustness. An added benefit of the Abus 83/45 Padlock is; if two or more are required they can be taken to any professional Locksmith in the World and be:

	Keyed Alike
	Master Keyed
	Set up with a Restricted System.

Supreme

Includes the patented Steel Shroud and a customised Abus 83/45 Padlock. The Steel Shroud is made from a Steel Billet and manufactured using the latest CNC machining technology and finally Zinc plated with a gold passovated finish to protect it from climatic conditions.

As you can see in the picture below and to your left the Steel Shroud completely encloses the Padlock body, its Shackle and both ends of the 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain.

Both ends of the Chain are placed in the slot on either side of the Steel Shroud. The padlock's Shackle is placed through the top and the Padlock body is inserted into the bottom.

Patented Steel Shroud included with the Supreme. Designed to STOP a Leverage, Hammer or Bolt Cutter Attack on a Padlock.
