The Caravan Wheel Clamp is different to other wheel clamps sold world-wide, it is unique. Unlike other wheel clamps that will only fit one diameter and width Wheel properly and only wrap around the width of a tyre at three points the Caravan Wheel Clamp wraps around the Wheel at four points and around the vehicle's springs or tubular frame at two points and locks at the front with the supplied locking device. Overview Of Each Component
1 - Steel Shield
The Caravan Wheel Clamp Steel Shield is Australian designed and owned and made from Stainless Steel with NO moving parts. The unique shape is cut on a computerised laser cutting machine. This ensures the highest quality of workmanship, precise measurements and quality control procedures for each Steel Shield.
Unlike other wheel clamps it has no arms but instead it has four specifically placed round holes in it. Two at the bottom and two at the top as you can see in the following picture.

The Steel Shield:
- No welded parts.
- No moving parts.
- No bolts or screws used.
- Nothing to came loose or get lost.
- Nothing to adjust to fit your Caravan, Motor Home, 4WD Campervan, Camper Trailer, Pop Up Caravan or any other Trailer.
- Designed to fit all diameter and width wheels from the smallest Wheel on a Trailer Tent up to the largest Wheel on a Caravan or Motor Home without adjusting anything.
These holes are used to place the supplied Chain through. The Chain is placed through the two bottom holes, under the vehicle's springs or tubular frame and back through the two top holes and locked at the front of the Steel Shield with the supplied locking device as you can see in the following picture.

2 - Two Types Of Chain To Choose From
Depending on your own security risk assessment of your towable or drivable Vehicle the Caravan Wheel Clamp can be purchase with two types of Chain.
- 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain supplied with the Supreme and Enforcer that cannot be cut with a Bolt Cutter, the common tool used to cut a link in the Chain or cut the padlock's Shackle. To protect the 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain from climatic conditions it is Zinc plated with a gold passovated finish.
- 8mm diameter Galvanized Mild Steel Chain included with the Protector.
Although the Steel Shield is an important part of the Caravan Wheel Clamp anti theft device it is the supplied Chain that secures the Wheel to the vehicle's springs or tubular frame.

3 - Locking Device Included With Each Option
Protector and Enforcer

- Includes the patent pending Steel Shroud and a customised Padlock to fit inside the Steel Shroud.
The Steel Shroud is made from a Steel Billet and manufactured using the latest CNC machining technology and finally Zinc plated with a gold passovated finish to protect it from climatic conditions.
As you can see in the picture below the Steel Shroud completely encloses the Padlock body, its Shackle and both ends of the 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain.
Three Methods All Thieves Use To Break A Padlock
99% of all thieves use one of the three following methods to break a Padlock, they are:
- Leverage Attack
- Hammer Attack
- Bolt Cutter Attack
The Steel Shroud designed to STOP thieves from breaking a Padlock by any of the above three mentioned methods.
