How To Best Use The Data Security Safe

Home Office Computer Users

	Purchase a Data Security Safe and a second Docking Station.
	Install one Docking Station in your Home Office and the second in another room in your Home.
	Each day when you are ready to back up your data remove the backup device from the Safe Box, back up your data and place it back into the Safe Box. Then slide the Safe Box into the Docking Station and lock it.
	When you have to go out remove the Safe Box from the Docking Station in your Home Office and slide it into the Docking Station in the second location and lock with the supplied High Security Abloy Classic or Abloy PROTEC Key. This ensures your backed up data and your Computer are never in the same room when you are not Home.

If you follow the above basic procedure and your Computer is stolen or your data becomes corrupted or your hard drive fails you will be able to re-store your data from a backed up copy secured in your Data Security Safe.

Business Computer Users
