Steel Shield - What Is It For

The Steel Shield stands in front of the Wheel that is going to be protected covering the wheel nuts and the tyre's valve.
It has four specifically positioned holes, two at the top and two at the bottom, where the High Tensile Chain passes through securing the Wheel to the vehicle's springs or tubular frame.
Designed to protect and fit all diameter and width wheels from a Wheel on a Jet Ski Trailer up to a Wheel on a 4WD Camper Trailer and all size wheels between.
Fitting and removing to and from a Wheel could not be easier or be more secure.

Steel Shield Overview

Manufactured from Stainless Steel and the unique shape is cut on a computerised laser cutting machine. This ensures the highest quality of workmanship, precise measurements and quality control procedures for each Steel Shield.
One piece construction, there are:
No welded parts.
No moving parts.
No bolts or screws used.
Nothing to came loose or get lost.
Nothing to adjust to fit your towable or driveable vehicle.

Steel Shield - How To Fit It To A Wheel

Stand the Steel Shield in front of a Wheel.
Pick up both ends of the High Tensile Chain, place each end through the bottom hole on each leg of the Steel Shield.
Place both ends of the High Tensile Chain under and then over the top of the vehicle's springs or tubular frame.
Then place both ends of the High Tensile Chain through each hole on either side at the top of the Steel Shield.
Pull the High Tensile Chain tight and lock it with the supplied Padlock or Padlock Protection patent pending locking system.

Two Types Of Chain To Choose From

10mm diameter High Tensile Chain supplied with the Supreme and Enforcer that cannot be cut with a Bolt Cutter, the common tool used to cut a link in the Chain or cut the padlock's Shackle. To protect the 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain from climatic conditions it is Zinc plated with a gold passovated finish.
8mm diameter Galvanized Mild Steel Chain included with the Protector.

Although the Steel Shield is an important part of the One Size Fits All Wheel Clamp anti theft device it is the supplied Chain that secures the Wheel to the vehicle's springs or tubular frame.
