1 - Steel Shield

it is UNIQUE
The Supreme Wheel Clamp Steel Shield is Australian designed and owned. Made from Stainless Steel and the unique shape is cut on a computerised laser cutting machine. Unlike other wheel clamps that have three arms that only wrap around the width of the tyre the Supreme Wheel Clamp has four specifically placed round holes in it. Two at the bottom and two at the top, as you can see in the picture above.
These holes are used to place the supplied High Tensile Chain through. The High Tensile Chain is placed through the two bottom holes, under the vehicle's springs or tubular frame and then through the two top holes and locked at the front of the Steel Shield with the supplied Steel Shroud and customized Padlock, as you can see in the following picture.

2 - 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain
The Supreme Wheel Clamp includes 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain. It cannot be cut with a Bolt Cutter, the common tool used to cut a link in the Chain or cut the padlock's Shackle. To protect the High Tensile Chain from climatic conditions it is Zinc plated with a gold passovated finish.
Although the Steel Shield is an important part of the Supreme Wheel Clamp anti theft device it is the supplied 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain and the method used to secure the Steel Shield to a Wheel at 4 points and to the vehicle's springs or tubular frame at 2 points as you can see in the picture above.
3 - Locking Device
Consists Of:
- Patent pending Steel Shroud designed to protect a Padlock from a Leverage Attack, Hammer Attack or Bolt Cutter Attack the three methods 99% of thieves use to break a Padlock. Steel Shroud is one of the components in another security system we manufacture called Padlock Protection.
- Padlock - Our Locksmith modifies each Padlock so its Shackle is completely removable as you can see in the picture below. This allows the 10mm diameter High Tensile Chain to be slid into the slot on each side of the Steel Shroud. Then the Shackle is placed in the slot on top of the Steel Shroud and then the Padlock Body is inserted into the bottom of the Steel Shroud and pushed into the Shackle and locked with the supplied Key.
