Following is a brief overview of the Weapon Safe.

Weapon Safe is:

	Unique	Weapon Safe will secure up to 8 handguns.
	Secure

	Legislated in the A.C.T. as one of three legal methods to carry handguns in a Vehicle.
	Manufactured from Lexan, a General Electric Trademarked Impact Modified Polycarbonate known world-wide for its great strength, extreme high impact resistance and heat resistant properties.

Lexan is Incredibly Light-Weight, but as Tough as Steel and is

Virtually Indestructible.

NB: Lexan is also used to manufacture:

	Bullet resistant windows.
	Bank security screens.
	The space shuttle windows, just imagine how strong windows have to be in space

	Mirrors in jails.

The Hide Away Weapon Safe will fit and protect the majority of handgun sizes.

The Hide Away Weapon Safe Consists Of Four Parts

1 - Docking Station

Install the Docking Station in a Vehicle, see Vehicle Fixing Kits below. The Docking Station can also be easily installed to almost any flat surface and at any angle, even upside down, using screws, bolts or ACRYLIC (water based) glue into which the Safe Box slides in and locks with the supplied High Security Abloy PROTEC Key. Once locked the Safe Box conceals all fastenings used.

2 - Safe Box

The lid on the Safe Box locks with the supplied High Security Abloy PROTEC Key. This allows the Safe Box to be taken from one location to another without the contents being exposed eg. slide the Safe Box out of one Docking Station then lock the lid.

Then take the Safe Box to another previously installed Docking Station and slide it in and lock it with the supplied High Security Abloy PROTEC Key.

3 - Customised Heavy Duty Cam

Customised heavy duty cam that secures the Safe Box lid to the Docking Station.

Fitted to the back of the Abloy PROTEC Lock, inside the Weapon Safe, is a customised heavy duty cam. When the Weapon Safe Lid is closed and the High Security Abloy PROTEC Key is turned 180 degrees the cam secures the Lid to the Safe Box through a specially designed slot in the Lid.

4 - Abloy PROTEC Lock

Abloy PROTEC (Ultra) High Security Lock, includes a customised heavy duty cam and two super strong Nickel Silver Abloy PROTEC keys. It has a possible 1.97 billion different key combinations, it cannot be drilled and is mechanically impossible to pick. It is the World’s First Un-Pickable Lock. Used for keyed alike and individually keyed safes or is an exceptional (cost effective) Master Key System, including Master, Grand Master and Grand Grand Master Keys. Dimensions and Weight

NB: The measurements in inches have been rounded off to the closest 0.25". For the exact size use the measurements in mm.

	Internal dimensions - L:310mm (12.25") W:345mm (13.5") H:125mm (5")
	External dimensions - L:360mm (14.25") W:375mm (14.75") H:150mm (6")
	Safe Box weighs approximately 3kg (6.6 pounds) empty. Even though it is Incredibly Light-Weight, it is as Tough as Steel and Virtually Indestructible.

Vehicle Fixing Kits

The Weapon Safe is the only Safe made from Lexan that can be secured in a Vehicle by initially installing a specially designed Vehicle Fixing Kit into the Vehicle.

Once installed a Docking Station is bolted to the Vehicle Fixing Kit then the Weapon Safe is slid in and locked with the supplied High Security Abloy PROTEC Key. Once locked the Weapon Safe is virtually theft proof.
